Chaos and confusion over the Jews is breaking out? Why? What’s really going on?
Romans 11:15-27 KJV
For if the casting away of them be the reconciling of the world, what shall the receiving of them be, but life from the dead? [16] For if the firstfruit be holy, the lump is also holy: and if the root be holy, so are the branches. [17] And if some of the branches be broken off, and thou, being a wild olive tree, wert graffed in among them, and with them partakest of the root and fatness of the olive tree; [18] Boast not against the branches. But if thou boast, thou bearest not the root, but the root thee. [19] Thou wilt say then, The branches were broken off, that I might be graffed in. [20] Well; because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear: [21] For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. [22] Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off. [23] And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be graffed in: for God is able to graff them in again. [24] For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree? [25] For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. [26] And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: [27] For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.
I listened to this broadcast today from Jay sekulow defending the Jews. I’ve also been listening now and then to Stu Peters who takes a hostile view of the Jews. I’ll link one of his broadcasts here to give an example.
It made me stop and think who is telling the truth about the Jews? Both of these news sources give news that’s worth listening to but you have to always examine what is being reported to you. No human being is perfect and therefore what they tell us must be examined according to the light that God gives us in his word and in his creation and in history.
I love the story of Corrie ten boom. Her family put themselves at risk of losing their lives to protect Jews that were being persecuted by the Nazis. I have some deeper thoughts to share on the whole subject. I’ll be brief.
The above passage tells that there’s coming a Time which is called the millennium as we see in the book of Revelation chapter 20 where the spirit of God is going to pour out in great measure and the devils work is going to be almost totally shut down in the world. At the beginning of this time the Jews are going to start coming to Jesus in Mass and the Antichrist will be cast down which is the pope of Rome. I’m so excited about this I could start jumping up and down. Ezekiel 37 also talks about this time. I’m not the most brilliant eschatological theologian but I have learned from the most brilliant eschatological theologians as I perceive.
Right now the Jews have made themselves enemies of God because at the crucifixion of Christ they said his blood be upon us and our children. So the hostilities that the Jews are facing is a result of them bringing this curse upon themselves. The good thing about that is that the curse is going to drive them to repentance and their eyes will be opened to see that they crucified the king of kings. They crucified their own Messiah who has promised to save them and he’s going to and that is very exciting!!.
So I think that stews reporting on the Jews has some truth to it in the sense that there are logically going to be corrupt actions being executed by Jews because they’ve rejected Jesus. The rejection of Jesus is the rejection of the almighty God. Life gets hard when we reject God. That’s why the Jews are facing these hardships. I’m like Corey 10 boom I do not support the Holocaust that Hitler conducted. But the Jews brought it upon themselves. That’s a fact. I think what Corey ten boom and her family did was good and right.
Another thing to consider is that legislators and governments are obligated to uphold the law of God. Iets start with what’s clear in the midst of our confusion. What good American would allow ISIS to set up shop on American soil and establish Sharia law? If we have freedom of religion though isis should be able to do this… should they not? This points to the fact that natural law(also known as the moral law), which is given from God, censures idolatry. So Jews should be able to live in America, but not perform PUBLIC idolatry. Public crimes are Censurable. Murder is against the sixth commandment and when it’s publicly executed the criminal is punished according to the laws of the land… which are rightly established according to the law of God. God is the one who said thou shalt not kill. Governments do right when they punish murder… because God says it’s wrong. It’s a contradiction though for the Muslims to call for censure of the Jews idolatry because they themselves are guilty of idolatry. Are you starting to see more clearly past the confusion and chaos?
