Free to do WHATEVER we see fit.

Standard

“We are all free to be ourselves and to do WHATEVER we see fit, as long as we don’t hurt another being.”

The above quote is a comment made by Mr. Williams (at the 28 m 33 sec mark), the man in the brown jacket. It is a common saying in our day…at least from what I’m seeing online in videos like this, particularly videos that have to do with justice, freedom, rights, etc. Mr. Williams, in my opinion, has done an outstanding job in this video to stand up for natural constitutional rights. Even his use of the concept I cited in this post is good, in the sense that it upholds liberty…and the phrase does uphold liberty, in a sense. But I would like to share some thoughts on this phrase, because I know how some will take this phrase to mean something that is not healthy.

Some, I fear, think this concept that we are free to do WHATEVER we want as long as it does not harm someone else to mean that we are free to…

  • …free to perform acts of adultery and fornication (even in public ways) between consenting adults.
  • …to set up Sharia law in America.
  • …to take God’s name in vain in public.
  • …rob a bank as long as we don’t shoot someone. CA recently established statutes that essentially let shop lifters walk away unhindered with up to $1,000 in merchandise.
  • …pedophiles are now arguing they have a right to have sexual relations with a child who consents.
  • …school boards are teaching children LGTBQ ideology, and they would claim it does not harm the students and that the students want to be taught this ideology.
  • …free to advance Marxism in public education.
  • …free to teach the theory of Evolution and exclude the story of Creation.
  • …free to pull down America’s historical monuments.
  • …free to riot in the streets.
  • …free to defund the police.
  • …free to steal elections.
  • …free to drive recklessly.
  • …free to ignore or neglect the Constitution (which many in the government are doing in our day.)
  • …free to not defend your country if the need arises.
  • …free to establish laws promoting euthanasia.
  • …politicians in our day think they have liberty to foist all kinds of atrocities upon the nation under this false banner of freedom…such as, the fiat money system, warp speeding the COVID bioweapon, etc., etc., etc.

I trust by now, with all the above examples that you see there are limitations on FREEDOM. Those limitations are set by an absolute moral standard, and that standard is the 10 commandments. The first chapter of the book of James defines true Liberty. It refers to the “PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY” (James 1:25) The 10 commandments tells us what true liberty is. Most of us know that a pedophile does not have liberty to have sex with consenting child, but pedophiles don’t think like most of us. So who is right? The founders protected minorities from harm by the majority…but that principle does not apply across the board. It has limits and bounds…set by the law of God. For example, a neighborhood that is largely of a white population has no freedom to be racist towards black people in that neighborhood. However, the majority of American’s who are apposed to ISIS and ISIS coming to America to set up Sharia law, do have a right to appose them though the ISIS people be a minority. The ONLY thing that sets these 2 situations apart is the law of God…the 10 commandments.

We are confused in our day, because we have lost our moral compass. This article is being published …not to criticize or mock, but to point to that moral compass, which is the way out of our confusion. We are all struggling with confusion about what is right and what is wrong. Even the government is. Take for example the ruling of the Supreme court on abortion. Roe v Wade was overturned by the supreme court recently. In the past 50 years it held 2 contradictory opinions. Which is right? The only way to determine that is by the law of God. We need to get back to the law of God.

I believe this confusion, arising from the loss of our moral compass, is what is perplexing the executive branch on the subject of drivers licenses. The State says one thing, and the US Constitution says another thing. Police are naturally going to be bewildered. I remember in CA that there were differences between the States laws on marijuana and the Feds. Who is right? Does the 10th Amendment automatically make the State right? The only solution is an absolute moral yard stick…a moral compass…which is what the law of God is. The ORIGINAL US Constitution has much of the law of God. MODERN interpretations of it have veered from this origin.

Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.

Jeremiah 6:16

Logic tells us that we don’t need a license to eat. Eating is a natural right. Logic also tells us we don’t need a license to walk…to run…to breath…to ride a bike…to work (since God said if a man won’t work, neither let him eat. So eating is a fruit of working. It’s a natural right to be able to work so we can eat. Did you know in certain parts of AZ, there is no requirement for electricians to be licensed/certified? Employers who are liable will make sure electrical installations are done so safely. There is no need of government licenses. Liability will take care of safety and quality. Come to think of it. I just had a thought come to me from God, I believe. I remember when I got my journeyman electrician license. The long haired guy who handed it to me first gave me the impression that it was a privilege that I did not deserve. I remember there being an apprehensive pause in my mind, before he handed to me what he probably thought was a favor that he personally bestowed upon me. AS IF!) The same logic applies to Drivers Licensing. Drivers Licenses are abused by bullies who are in government…as you will see in this supreme court rulings against CHEIF of police in DC, Mr Smith.

Thompson v. Smith
Supreme Court of Virginia
Sep 12, 1930
155 Va. 367 (Va. 1930)

Here is another incident ( there are myriads of them I imagine) in which bullies used licensing  to shut down a skilled sea Captain.

America is a land of Liberty, designed to protect WE THE PEOPLE from government abuses. Ronald Reagan said the nine most terrible words are, “We’re from the government. We are here to help.”
